Ishkhan “Ish” Boghossian established Bfi Services (Boghossian Financial & Insurance Services) in 2022 to help clients make thoughtful, informed decisions about their financial lives.

As a Financial Advisor with Eagle Strategies LLC and an Agent of New York Life Insurance Company, Ish takes a comprehensive approach to helping clients address their financial needs today, tomorrow, and into the next generation.

With more than 18 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industry, Ish works with individuals, families, business owners, physicians, and attorneys. His work includes helping clients organize their financial picture, manage risk, plan for retirement, and evaluate strategies for long-term financial security.

Clients appreciate Ish’s calm, practical approach and his ability to explain complex topics in a clear and approachable way. He begins by understanding each client’s goals, concerns, and priorities, then helps them consider strategies that align with their needs.

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations for Bfi Services (Boghossian Financial & Insurance Services), Eric helps manage the day-to-day systems that support a smooth and organized client experience.

Eric works closely with Ish and the Bfi Services team to coordinate client onboarding, meeting preparation, follow-up items, documentation, scheduling, and internal workflows. His role is focused on making sure clients are supported clearly, promptly, and consistently throughout the planning process.

Behind the scenes, Eric helps keep the firm organized so clients can stay focused on their goals, questions, and next steps. He takes a practical and service-oriented approach to operations, with an emphasis on clear communication, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
